We bought this dress for my daughters 8th grade dance. She's 5'1 and 115lbs. We ordered a 6 and it fit perfect at the waist. We searched high and low and couldn't find a dress that would work. Either way too expensive or showed way too much for an 8th grade dance. The price was right and all it took was a few small alterations to make it perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dress. It has a nice soft slip under the lace fabric, and is constructed well. The fit of the dress is also good. This dress lays nicely and the stretchy fabric has give for the chest and hip areas. The hemline lays just barely above my knees, and is pretty modest.
